Aggregated group participation agreement
Standard form agreement between GS-TRADING LLC (aggregator, balance responsible party) and a market participant whose electrical installations are included in an aggregation unit.

Individual terms are agreed by the parties upon conclusion of the agreement.
Procedure for joining the group

| 4 | Registration in the TSO's Market Management System (MMS) | Change of balance responsible party under the Market Rules |
| 5 | Connection to monitoring and control (if required) | Access to telemetry; for the BM and ancillary services, remote control equipment |
Switching groups and exit
Market participants are free to join an aggregated group, switch groups or not join any aggregated group. Exit from a group is effected as soon as possible, subject to the agreement terms, and within no more than 21 calendar days (Article 30-2(11) of the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market").
Electricity sale and purchase
