Terms of participation in the aggregated group
The aggregated group participation agreement is concluded between GS-TRADING LLC as the aggregator and a market participant intending to include its electrical installations in an aggregation unit. The terms are set out in the standard agreement and its annexes provided below.
Participant guarantees under the law. Market participants are free to join an aggregated group, switch groups or not join any group. Exit from an aggregated group is effected as soon as possible and within no more than 21 calendar days. Exit penalties, if provided for in the agreement, must be proportionate, may not exceed the aggregator's direct losses and do not apply to household and small non-household consumers. A consumer may join an aggregated group without the consent of its electricity supplier. (Article 30-2(7) and (11) of the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market")

Reporting to aggregated group participants
At least once per settlement period, GS-TRADING LLC informs aggregated group participants of the group's performance: volumes and value of electricity and services bought and/or sold on the market (Article 30-2(6)(14) of the Law). Reports are provided to each participant individually in the manner specified in the agreement and are not published on this website.
Payment procedure
Payments under electricity sale and purchase agreements and aggregated or balancing group participation agreements are made by bank transfer to the current account of GS-TRADING LLC specified in the agreement and invoice, within the time limits set by the agreement.
Beware of fraud. The company does not change its payment details via messenger messages. If you receive a notice of changed payment details, verify it by phone at +38 (067) 337 87 85.
Inside information
Under Article 11-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market" and the Requirements for Ensuring Integrity and Transparency of the Wholesale Energy Market (NEURC Resolution No. 614), wholesale energy market participants disclose inside information on an inside information platform. A participant's website serves as a backup disclosure channel if the platform is unavailable (clause 4.5 of the Procedure for the Operation of Inside Information Platforms, NEURC Resolution No. 137).
In such a case, inside information of GS-TRADING LLC will be published in this section, stating the date and time of disclosure.
